Eric Shapiro
Research Operations Manager
Eric Shapiro is the CSSLab’s Research Operations Manager. He reduces friction in the research process, ensuring that researchers can focus on their most important work.
His professional experience spans the non-profit and research sectors. Eric has managed federal workforce grants, built capacity to collect administrative datasets from scratch, automated operational processes for technical and non-technical groups, and trained leaders to use technology more effectively within their organizations. Eric holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
